I did visit Roseville to test drive...I didn't deal with their internet dept but after driving the new 2015 I was continually pressured to buy a car that was above my price range. Didn't like it. When we went to the Elk Grove dealership Mike continued the great customer service. Mike in Finance was equally helpful. The whole process was pretty painless and I love my new car! More

I spoke with Mike and told him what I was looking for. Mike called me a few days later and let me know he found my truck. I looked at it with NO pressure to buy. Mike and I made a NO HASSEL deal on the price. Mike called me later that afternoon with an appointment to sign the paperwork. I showed up, signed the paperwork and DROVE off. This is the way it should be when buying a vehicle. Both Mike & Herbie gained a great dal of respect from me. We had been disappointed several times in the last month We had gone to a Roseville Subaru dealership and experienced the worst classic car lot treatment. We left there knowing what we wanted and started looking online. After calling Lasher and explaining what we were looking for we were told we would be called back. Nothing until David Deleon called asking if were were still interested in a Subaru. After explaining what we wanted and the price we wanted David promised to look into it. David called back explaining that they had a car for us in a dealer trade and asking when we could be there. It took only 4 hours after David got involved for us to be told our car was waiting for us. We drove down the next morning to complete the deal. After trying to buy for a month it was worked out in a matter of hours by your great staff. David Deleon made our purchase happen and the rest of the staff completed the purchase. We drove down from Nevada County and IT WAS WORTH THE DRIVE ! More

The internet department quoted me a very competitive price right off the bat and was very straightforward about the costs and the process. At the dealership, everyone was friendly, laid-back and professional. I paid exactly the price they quoted and no one tried to pressure me into any additional costs. Bruce even called the next day to make sure I got home safely and that the car worked to my satisfaction, which it definitely did. I think I'm the only person I know who has actually had a pleasant and positive experience buying a car. I wish every dealership operated like this one. I give it my highest recommendation. More

Internet department made buying a breeze In my 25 years since high school, I've bought a VW, 2 Explorers (2nd one, my wife "stole" and the next morning I had the Miata I'd bought her 2 years In my 25 years since high school, I've bought a VW, 2 Explorers (2nd one, my wife "stole" and the next morning I had the Miata I'd bought her 2 years earlier, right before we married) and a Mustang (outgrew Miata, needed back seats for kids!)- those purchases had taken up to 6 hours to "haggle & finish". I knew what I wanted, and the price range, called them and they came back. Our '15 Outback purchase last night was a breeze; internet price agreed ahead of time (dealer was recommended by a friend), so we drove in, and bought it. Period. It still took a couple of hours, but that's because they urged us to drive it, then spent quite a bit of time going over the electronics - helped pair my wife's phone (its her car) and mine, programming the GPS, explaining the EyeSight adjustments... they offered to keep going, but we were overloaded! More

Wife's Retirement Gift! Since September 23, 2014, I have been searching for a 2015 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited, Crystal White Pearl w/Tan Leather Interior (With ALL the bell Since September 23, 2014, I have been searching for a 2015 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited, Crystal White Pearl w/Tan Leather Interior (With ALL the bells & whistles). My first attempt to locate the vehicle was on the Subaru Internet Official website. I submitted the described vehicle for dealer quotes. After numerous Northern California Subaru dealer contacts, I was told the car would either have to be special ordered or a dealer trade may be an option because the vehicle I wanted wasn't at any dealership within 200 miles. I had settled on waiting for a dealer trade by the local Subaru dealership in Tuolumne County, but the dealership failed to close the deal by the 15th of November. On Monday, November 17, 2014, I contacted Elk Grove Subaru, Pam Verduzco, by phone regarding my specified vehicle listed on their website. Pam, effectively confirmed the vehicle was in stock, secured the keys and by 3:30PM, My wife and I had the car we wanted, at a very good price and we were treated exceptionally well by ALL the employees we dealt with at Elk Grove Subaru (Michael in the Parts Department, you did good too!)
