Good things come to those who wait. It had been over 15 years since I had bought a new car and I wasn't looking forward to all that comes with it. My experience at Elk Grove Subaru was It had been over 15 years since I had bought a new car and I wasn't looking forward to all that comes with it. My experience at Elk Grove Subaru was very pleasing. The staff is very friendly and they don't attack you as soon as you get out of your car. They give you your space and give you time to look around. I knew what car I wanted, Legacy, with what interior, and Gavin McPoil had it delivered there the next day. Any questions or concerns I had were all answered. While I was waiting for the finance guy, Gavin suggested I go for another test drive because I was quite sure about the steering. I had never driven an all-wheel drive car. I appreciated the finance guy, Michael Lagandaon, staying late for me, but overall my appointment was way too long. I have never been treated so good as I was that day, but that day was so long. I understand they have a new system they are working with and are still being trained on. I will definitely refer all family and friends to this dealership. More
