When my daughter and I got to the parking lot, we were looking at a vehicle that was priced at $13,915. We were approached by Rod, which he said the vehicle was reduced to $11,500 and we could get it out looking at a vehicle that was priced at $13,915. Rod even wrote it on one of your papers..we agree to it, then he came back with a printout and show us the monthly amount and the term of so many months; which I thought it was high, but I know that there are taxes, fees, and etc. When it was time to sign the papers, I noticed that the "Cash Price of Motor Vehicle" was listed at a price of $13,915..not what we agree on. Omar took the form to another person working there and came back with a price of $13,100, this was not what I was expecting. I told Omar that we would come back tomorrow, since it was late and I was tired from work, and had not eaten dinner yet. I did agree to purchase it, since my daughter was already set in driving it home. The next day I called Rod and ask if he could do anything for me...since he lied to us, but I was told he could not. The following day I call and spoke to Omar, and was told the same thing. I'm very disappointed at Elk Grove Subaru. We will NEVER go there again to purchase any future vehicles. We will also forewarn all of our family and friends, when purchasing a new or used vehicle. More

When we considered Subaru, we were unaware of the excellent record and reputation it actually has. We walked onto the lot without expectations considering the week we had just experienced. We figured that the right deal would happen when the time was right. The transaction could have absolutely not happened, but it did, thanks to the friendliness and flexibility that Dave exercised during our visit. Dave was personable, patient, and had a reasonable answer for each of our questions. Dave's willingness to help us out of our other vehicle situation was the element that was truly missing at all of those other dealerships. Making a deal that works for everyone can be difficult, but Dave's efforts did not go unnoticed. Actually, what Dave achieved was greater than just a sale of a single vehicle. After having such an exceptional customer service experience buying a quality product that we are happy to own, my guess is that this will not be our last Subaru purchase. Dave's knowledge of his job was impressive, and he represents Subaru very well in our opinion. Even through the finance and signing process, it was quick, precise, and not stressful.
