Surprise and Delight Returned to check to be sure they got all that was leaking and had discovered a nail near sidewall of a tire. The tire wear was down to a 4 so I thought they would prorate the replacement tire, but NO! They covered the complete cost of the tire and performed a service all at no cost! More

Check in procedures Online appoitnment system is fast. However, there is no direction where to park on the day of your appointment as there are multiple lanes. Some are for express (which also has appointment lane) oil change and some are for repairs. It will be nice if they indicate in the appointment confirmation what lane are you supposed to park (1,2, etc). Also, there is no name sign of the advisors in their tables so you have to ask around where to go. Minor stuff but it can improve efficiency. More
