Rocky Deavers(don't now Rocky's exact title, but he works directly with the customers). I've been working with Rocky for over 20 years. First of all, he is a pure professional, treating customers with respect, while providing the information required to make decisions as to what work needs to be done. He's the kind of person that you know will take good care of you, answer any questions from simple to complex and give you solid recommendations. I needed a left hand driver's mirror replaced. They amazingly had the part but also volunteered to install it immediately! WOW! Not only did they install the mirror, but installed two front lights and amazingly had the part but also volunteered to install it immediately! WOW! Not only did they install the mirror, but installed two front lights and offered to wash my car! What awesome service. This was at 4pm in the afternoon and everyone was friendly and helpful. Anthony checked me in today when I brought my 4Runner in for a 30,000-mile check. He was professional - and really listened when I was trying to explain a problem I was having with my car. He works in the Express Lube Department - he had checked me in last week for an oil change - and had noticed that my car was due for a major service. He helped arrange a rental car - and got me set up with a service technician, Tim Hunley, who was also very good to work with. They found the cause of the problem with my car and it is working great now. I will look to work with Anthony again in the future. More

Before I moved back to California I had a great Toyota Dealership in Charlotte NC (Town & Country Toyota). I met Martin before I moved to NC several years ago so when a mutual friend mentioned where he w Dealership in Charlotte NC (Town & Country Toyota). I met Martin before I moved to NC several years ago so when a mutual friend mentioned where he worked now I called him, hoping that Elk Grove Toyota would be comparable, even though I didn't buy my 4-Runner from them. I have now had the car serviced there 3 times, twice for Express Service and once for a major service, and have been very pleasantly surprised by the willingness of everyone I came in contact with to make sure I had the best possible experience. The best part was that the cost and the time were always less than the estimate! More

I really like this dealership!!! I actually went in for my usual 3,500 mile oil change for my Prius. As I was sitting in the waiting area, I remembered that I had an issue with my CD player and should ma my usual 3,500 mile oil change for my Prius. As I was sitting in the waiting area, I remembered that I had an issue with my CD player and should make an appointment for service. I went up to the service window and I was explaining what I needed....at that time, Mr. Brown asked if I had by chance had the CD PLAYER on "Repeat". He walked out to my car, looked at the system and pushed the "repeat" button and the problem was solved! My daughter (12 years old) generally is the DJ for the car and it was clear that a button had been hit by mistake( or not). This solved the issue and I can now listen to multiple CD's. I will always take my car to this dealership and I will definitely make my next purchase from Elk Grove Toyota. More

I have been bringing my 2006 Prius in to Elk Grove Toyota for almost 5 years now and they have always been terrific. What I want to especially note is the EXCELLENT customer service we received March 26th 2 for almost 5 years now and they have always been terrific. For reasons relating to communicating with Toyota Motors about the Prius headlights, we needed a list of all the times we had had specific work done on our car. Ma went the extra mile and provided us with not only a list of date and general service we had had done, but also printed out the specific info we needed to share with Toyota Motors. This simplified our problem immensely. I now live quite a distance from Elk Grove Toyota, but it is still the only place I will go for service to my Prius. I have tried other Toyota dealers closer to my home in Natomas, but none provide the same enthusiasm and professionalism I have experienced every time I have brought my Prius in to Elk Grove Toyota. Now if only they also fixed Subarus! More
