Not concerned about safety sent Us off without fixing the nail in the tire. Would not recommend. They did the 25,000 service and discovered a nail in the tire. Traveling from Concord for Regular Maintenance Ronald helped me out today when I dropped my car off for regular maintenance. I drive all the way out from Concord to Elk Grove for my car maintenance Ronald helped me out today when I dropped my car off for regular maintenance. I drive all the way out from Concord to Elk Grove for my car maintenance because I’m always treated well and am not pushed to do any unnecessary services or services I don’t want. This time I wasn’t able to schedule an appointment, but Ronald was able to help right away. I went ahead with my day, got what I needed to get done and received a call to discuss any recommendations and then a notification and call letting me know my car was ready. No hassle! That’s why I still come all the way to this location. Thanks so much, guys! More

First time user of service work So I pulled up to service line didn't know where to go none of the service team approach me to ask if I needed help so I got out of the car only to fi So I pulled up to service line didn't know where to go none of the service team approach me to ask if I needed help so I got out of the car only to find out I was in wrong lane? After I pulled in to lane #1 Mark came out took my paperwork and sent me inside service area where I met Kaylee and let her know I was there for an oil change because my service light was on. Kaylee let me know I was not due for an oil change and said it would be $25.00 for 52 point inspection. Didn't mind pay the deductible but felt it was necessary. Long story short everyone was friendly only wish I didn't have to go to dealership for that particular reason. Adeline Garcia More
Unsatisfied with the service done on my car. I had an oil change and they did not fill my windshield fluid and put water in my battery. I am disappointed because the service tech manager did not I had an oil change and they did not fill my windshield fluid and put water in my battery. I am disappointed because the service tech manager did not make any effort to fix the problem or am acknowledgement of apology even after I called an report the problem. I am not asking for free oil change but would have been nice to have a simple gesture to make it right. Like 10% off next oil change. That is to me great customer service. Very disappointed. More
