When I need service for my VW, Kerry is the man! On a recent service appointment, Kerry enticed me to go test drive a new 2013 beetle. Since I'm a 2009 Beetle owner he knew how much I liked the new 2013's. He recommended that an appraisal of my 2009 beetle be added to the service appointment just to see how much of a trade-in value I could get. I always appreciate how Kerry treats me like a valued customer and almost like family. He has taken care of any car issues for me for the past 2.5 years. I was very happy with the appraisal report and he enticed me to talk to the sales person in the building, and after pleasant, no pressure negotiations, I became a proud owner of a 2013 beetle.
