I have been a Volkswagen owner for over 35 years. When I came to Elk Grove Volkswagen, California to purchase and service my 2011 Volkswagen TOUAREG TDI LUX, I met the service Director Cecil. He has put together a great team of technicians and support crew. I have had the best service possible, on time and correctly done. My last Jetta was purchased from Roseville VW because I was unhappy with the service department at Elk Grove. However, the staff at Elk Grove VW has come full circle, has gotten rid of any rotten fruit if you well and is jumping through hoops to earn your business and make you a happy customer with no pressures like you experience from most dealerships. I went in to get my oil changed because I had a coupon and ended up driving out of there in 2 brand new cars. Elk Grove VW had surely earned my trust and business for all my service needs.

I travel a lot and visit vw dealers for service from Portland to Los Angeles and this one is the best for service. They consistently find things I miss and the price is often less than the original estimate.

"Navigation questions"

I purchased a used Jetta out of state without the owners manual. Couldn't figure out the navigation system during the drive back to California. I stopped at Elk Grove VW for someone to help me with the navigation system. Val, from the Service Dept helped me out. She gave me a thorough explanation of the system and how it works. She also offered to help me order a replacement manual. Thanks again Val

Excellent Customer Service. From the minute I pulled in. This was my first time for a check up on my new 2013 Jetta. I was not sure which door to go in. There was a service technician out front helping another customer, I asked him where to go for my service, he took a minute to walk me to the door & opened it. It was the office of Joe Margo. Joe was so nice and informative. I was told the service would take about 40 minutes, and actually it was just a little under. Great place, great people. I definitely recommend them. When I need service for my VW, Kerry is the man! On a recent service appointment, Kerry enticed me to go test drive a new 2013 beetle. Since I'm a 2009 Beetle owner he knew how much I liked the new 2013's. He recommended that an appraisal of my 2009 beetle be added to the service appointment just to see how much of a trade-in value I could get. I always appreciate how Kerry treats me like a valued customer and almost like family. He has taken care of any car issues for me for the past 2.5 years. I was very happy with the appraisal report and he enticed me to talk to the sales person in the building, and after pleasant, no pressure negotiations, I became a proud owner of a 2013 beetle. Thank you Kerry for always going the extra mile for your customers! I'm a loyal Elk Grove customer because I am valued there. Very happy with both the service & sales departments.

If you need service on any VW, this is the place to go. Kerry in the service department was so helpful and knowledgeable, it made the experience easy and painless. They got the shop foreman to go with me on a test drive to diagnose my problem. We have a VW Rialta motor home and are going to Anchorage Alaska this summer. They were able to finish the same day as promised even though I decided to have them do some more very over due maintenance as the work progressed. I was also completely impressed by their parts department answering all my questions with patience and courtesy. The whole place felt like home even though everything looked spotless and new. They are not the typical dealer and the experience I have with them is extraordinary. I have purchased two cars from them and considering a third - principal reason is my service advisor: Kerry McConnell. It's great to own a piece fo excellent engineering but it wouldn't mean much if the service isn't up to the task of keeping the car in the best conditin possible. A lot of people use the word "service" but this is one dealer, and especially Kerry, who knows what the word means. I highly recommend Elks Grove VW - for both a VW and for service.
