Why I would recommend Elkins Chevy to anyone buying a car. This by far and away the greatest experience I have ever encountered. I recently had an issue with a noise coming from my front left tire and brought my vehicle in for emergency service. Adam in service was very accomodating and understood the urgency of my problem. It was a Friday and they were extremely busy but, he insisted that they would work me in. Adam called me later that morning with the information about my 2010 Chevy Suburban. My front left ball joint was totally gone. I was really upset about the fact that it was going to cost me hundreds of dollars to fix this issue. I put quite a few miles a year on my "mom bus" and was just a few miles over my warranty. I did have it in a few months prior when it was under warranty to be checked since something felt funny in the front end when I was driving. They couldn't come up with anything wrong at that time. Adam agreed to speak with his manager and go to bat for me on this issue. We came to an agreement on the price the part was in stock and they did the work immediately. I couldn't ask for a better overall experience. The employees are all friendly and I especially enjoyed my courtesy ride to and from work free of charge. I would highly recommend this dealer and service team for any of your automotive needs. More
