Last week, I visited Elkins Chevrolet with my heart set on a new Kia Optima I had seen the night before at my local Kia dealer. But having been a Chevy customer for the past 15 years and having previously purchased two cars from salesperson Mike Montez, I thought I'd give him and Elkins a chance to persuade me into another Chevy. Upon entering the dealership, Mike warmly greeted me and showed me around. The dealership is pristine, open, and light, and the selection of vehicles on the floor was also impressive. Everyone I met at Elkins was not only courteous but made me feel at home--and I had a toddler with me, so that's no easy feat! Not once did I feel even the slightest bit pressured about the sale. Most importantly, the deal Mike came back to me with blew me away. Kia couldn't come close to matching the deal I got on my new Cruze. It means a lot to me to be able to trust the dealer with whom I'm working, and there isn't a dealer out there I trust more than Mike Montez. Mr. Elkins really has a great staff on hand--their friendly, funny, and laid back demeanors eased my mind as I made my purchase. Even my 3-year-old son had a good time! More

I got a call right away to inform me - my car arrived by tow truck I believe that initial call was from Derrick. I thought that was very considerate. My car needed extensive repair. I was panicking when my car just died on the way to work. An insurance deductible and a vet bill had all my reserves used up. Even though, I had a warranty I could not imagine it would cover much of any of the cost. I work in New Jersey where our family business is located. My brother who is familiar with many dealers and auto repair shops of all types-recommended Elkins due to their excellent reputation. My service contact was Josh. Though I made it clear-there was no pressure to rush my job- they did an incredible amount of work in a relatively short amount of time. Josh explained all the work needed on my car, giving me daily updates. When I picked up my car, I felt like I was getting a new car and it drove like one. I know my car is a lot safer because everything was checked out. If it needed something, they fixed it-both warranty and non-warranty. The amount of work covered by warranty was incredible. I am very thankful - I don't have to take on another part time job. Also, the dealership is beautiful. Everyone is friendly and makes you welcome. You probably will be happy to hear, there appeared to be plenty of people shopping for a new car when I picked up my car late afternoon yesterday. More
I went to Elkin's Chevrolet for my 2012 Silverado's first oil change. What a pleasant experience. I was the last customer to purchase a vehicle in their old showroom, 9/17/12, and now the Silverado's first oil change. What a pleasant experience. I was the last customer to purchase a vehicle in their old showroom, 9/17/12, and now they have a brand new showroom and service area. Very nice guys. I pulled my truck up to the garage door, it opened and I was inside a temperature controlled area and greeted by the service manager John Chunko. I wanted to show John a few things on my truck that I was concerned about before the first service. I had a small rust spot on my side step and a little rubber bumper missing from under the hood. John was pleasant and said that Derek Minghetti would be able to help me out. Derek took over, entered all the information into the computer, said that he would have my oil changed, tires rotated, and order the replacement steps and a rubber bumper, showed me where the customer lounge was, and invited me to have a coffee and bagel from their hospitability station. When the job was finished, Derek came out to the lounge and explained what was going on and that they were washing my truck before they give it back to me. I was impressed!! I had thought that I would have to complain or argue to have my step replaced, but Not at Elkin's. I am a very satisfied Elkins New Truck Buyer and Now a Very Satisfied Elkin's Chevrolet Customer who will always go to Elkins for servicing and my next purchase. Way to go Elkin's Team! You guys really are that good. More

We leased a Chevy Malibu from this dealership. We went in with the intent of not leasing anything until we shopped around. Our salesman Kash Gill was spectacular. He was professional , courteous and worked very hard to get the car we wanted at a comfortable price for us. He was very knowledgable about the 2 vehicles that we test drove. Nothing was too much for him. We arrived at the dealership late, close to closing and he stayed with us to the end of the deal which was about 830pm. The sales manager Bob Borman was just as spectacular. He worked also very hard to please us and work out the numbers to satisfy our needs. Both were a pleasure to deal with. This was a" no pressure deal," and actually made car buying easy. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. More
