We were traveling to DC from Wisc and had a oil/water leak. We stopped at (4) Dodge dealership to have our vehicle inspected and this is the only dealership that would give us the time of day. We stoppe leak. We stopped at (4) Dodge dealership to have our vehicle inspected and this is the only dealership that would give us the time of day. We stopped at 4:30 pm and they offered to put the vehicle up on the rack to inspect it and to find our problem. The other dealership’s all said if you don’t have an appointment we can’t help you and it would be at least 3 weeks before we could get us in. The service was excellent and the staff were super and even offered a shuttle to and from the hotel. We had to have our water pump replaced and air conditioner serviced as well. We were back on the road by 11:00am the next morning. If anyone out there needs service while traveling, this is the place to stop. We can’t thank you guys enough. More
