Horrible Servie I bought a kia rio from them and with in a month problems started happening. This relates to the Service Center My mother's Dodge Caliber had 55,000 miles on it and started losing power. She called 3 other dealers who couldn't look at it any time soon. They had her car for a month and charged her $1500 to fix it. Every time they put it on a machine, they charged her for the reading. She got the car back and lost power and was almost hit by a truck. They towed the car back and had it for another week and a half and told her it was fixed. She made it to West Alexander (right down the road) and then lost power. She just got rid of it and bought a Chevy at Blue Knob. I would add that my mother needs a car and calls to the Service Department, Managers, and even an e-mail to the Executive Manager got no help with the problem. She is out $1500. More
