I was in the market for a used 2011 Chrysler 200. I wanted to make the buying experience as pain free as possible, so I did a lot of research online and obtained my own financing. I shopped around a lot online to see what inventory dealerships had to offer before choosing Elmwood. I had purchased vehicles at Elmwood before and they had a couple of 200’s I was interested in. Once at the dealership, Sherman was very knowledgeable, friendly, very easy to talk to and definitely felt no pressure to buy. The Finance guy Vinnie was great to deal with. I had already acquired my own financing with a bank so he asked what my interest rate was and he went to work trying to find me a lower rate (which he did) and saved me quite a bit of money on financing. I left feeling like I got a good deal on the car and we weren't stuck in the 'price haggling' merry-go-round. Overall, it was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend Elmwood to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Even though there is a Chrysler dealer 10 minutes from my house, I will be using Elmwood (30 min away) for any service needs and future purchases that I have. They are worth it!!! More

I go into the dealership on a Saturday to have a small air conditioner service done on my 2009 Avenger - not to buy a car (which it's been in the back of my mind lately that I'm getting near the time to t air conditioner service done on my 2009 Avenger - not to buy a car (which it's been in the back of my mind lately that I'm getting near the time to think about trading in for a newer model), and Sherman strikes up a conversation with me that leads to getting a new car that very day. It was an easy conversation (as it always is with everyone at this dealership - which, by the way, is why I always go there) - no pressure, just trying to figure out and meet my needs. I'm in there about every 6 weeks for an oil change or small service and I've never had anything but a top (ten plus) experience. I like the weekend hours, as it's convenient when working full-time Monday-Friday. This is a great dealership with really good people working there. This was a great car buying experience:) More

The staff at Elmwood seem to be getting better each time I go there. From the receptionists, to the sales staff, to the service staff, and finally the finance department. Everyone worked hard to get the best price for the vehicle to me. They continued to find rebates that brought the price down. My wife and I left happy and that's not always an easy thing to do. Richard Miranda was our salesman. Mr. Miranda was very knowledgable and friendly. He also answered about 150 of our children's questions with enthusiasm and a smile! Our trade in was let's just say "tired". Elmwood Dodge gave us a trade in deal that left us feeling that we got the better end of it! A number of other salesman were also very friendly and cordial with us even though it was not their sale. I would highly recommend Elmwood Dodge to everyone! More

I've had a lot of Dealings with car dealers and Elmwood was a very pleasant experiance. It started with Ben who was terrific. Once me and my wife made the decision we received a great price for the vehicle we purchased and an extremely great price for my trade in (also a Chrysler Product.)We were able to get into a Chrysler Town and Country Touring, which is the perfect vehicle for our situation. The paperwork was straight forward and completed by Al without any problems. They registerd the car and I drove it home in a day. When we went to pick it up Richie Ruggerio demonstrated the features of the car for us. He made us feel like I was sitting in a friends driveway demonstrating the features of the car which made for a great experiance. We actually walked away feeling like we learnt something about our new vehicle. They have even been accessable when I had a couple of questions about the vehicle and seemed happy to help.
