They made the car buying process, which is something I don't particularly care for much a better experience than I have had in the past. Prior to my visit I had done my homework on the vehicle I was looking for and the options that I wanted. I actually had visited three other Chevrolet dealers that week to narrow down my top choices in the car, the options and the color. The bottom line is that it really came down to who I wanted to do business with and Emich really stepped up their game. I had already done my due diligence on the car, but had a few more questions regarding some of the more specialized features of the vehicle. They were knowledgeable , did did not pressure me into making any hasty decisions and were responsive when I called back with for additional information. As a female, in the past I have felt really intimidated with the car buying process. Not this time....it was fantastic. Thank you guys for everything. Alex Robinson, Finance Manager, was also extremely professional and thorough and expedited the paperwork most effectively. As a Certified Financial Planner I definitely had questions for him. Jon worked around my wife's schedule to allow us to test drive and pick up a new Trax on a Friday evening. The car is enjoyable to drive and Jon made us a great deal to allow it to fit our budget.
