I’m new to Denver so this was my first time getting an oil change here but everything was pretty seamless. I did have to wait an hour and half but they were having a corvette car show on the lot so at lea oil change here but everything was pretty seamless. Love Emich service department. One problem I had with this visit is that when I made the appointment, I was asked specifically what was wrong (crashed in tail light). I reported which parts were broken and what side and the service rep was insistent on knowing all of this info when I made the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, Joe asked if I had the parts ordered and if I reported what I needed. Obviously, I did inform the person. I did not tell the rep “go order the parts”. I believe that was why I was being quizzed on the problem. But the parts had to be ordered in, hence the appointment I made was only to confirm my reports and then to decide what I needed. Joe recognized this as inefficient, although we didn’t talk about it. No reason to. So, because of this, I had to make another appointment to get the work done. Just seemed quite inefficient to me and annoying a bit. If an assessment had to be done before any parts ordered, then the rep taking my appointment did not need to know so specifically what was wrong. More
