oil change is prompt and well done. this is the 2nd oil change in a row that i have had to return for additional service. the 1st time, they damaged the oil drain plug and had to have i this is the 2nd oil change in a row that i have had to return for additional service. the 1st time, they damaged the oil drain plug and had to have it replaced after it drained on my driveway.... this week i had to return because they didnt put my lug nut key back in the truck. love staying with chevy dealers, but will probably try elway next time! More

Bart was great. ..very knowledgeable...however the truck we bought was supposed to be certified...Chevrolet decided it couldn't be certified because a part was missin ..very knowledgeable...however the truck we bought was supposed to be certified...Chevrolet decided it couldn't be certified because a part was missing...the part was never installed since the truck was new...it is unavailable...so we had to buy an aftermarket warranty...
