Our purchase was pretty painless. Nora was great through the whole adventure. First, we were using an out of state bank from my husbands home town that was giving us a great deal. I told (multiple times) two people what they needed to put on the paperwork for our bank. The information was still left off and delayed pick up of my vehicles by a week. Second, was the Karr Security system I was sold. I felt a little swindle after the fact because one person described the system differently and another person told us after paperwork was signed how it really works and I am not sure it was worth $500. Third, I don't know if Andrew was cranky because it was late and the dealership was closing but he was not very friendly and very blunt. Not excited we were giving the dealership business. More
