Joe Altmix was very helpful and kind when I dropped off my car. He explained the extended insurance coverage. He was very courteous and made sure I had everything I needed from my car. When I picked up my car, Victor Rivera-Soto explained in length about the service, all the evaluation to try to make sure what service was needed and what was not. He told me how to do follow up after 1000 miles. He was very patient, so that I understood everything. More
