We went to Emich after visiting 7 other car deal My wife and I went looking on a Saturday (3rd Saturday looking for a car) for a 2010-2012 Acura MDX. We went to Emich after visiting 7 other car dealerships and were a bit frustrated as most of the sales staff did not show a genuine interest in helping us find a vehicle. Eddy Colin at Emich met my wife and I as we drove up the lot, Eddy immediately welcomed both of us with a great smile and handshake. Eddy showed us a genuine interest in meeting our needs, brought out a 2010 Acura MDX. Eddy also mentioned that Emich had a 2011 Acura that would be available the following Monday. After we drove the 2010 Acura MDX we saw a couple flaws in the car that Eddy offered to repair/replace at no additional cost. My wife really liked the 2010 Acura MDX but wanted to see the 2011 Acura MDX on Monday. We knew the 2010 could be sold over the weekend, however Eddy offered to sell us the 2010 Acura with the option to exchange the 2010 Acura MDX on Monday if we liked the 2011 Acura MDX...My wife and I were pleasantly surprised that he would do that. We bought the 2010 Acura MDX and went back the following week to look at the 2011 Acura MDX. We looked at the 2011 Acura MDX and decided to stay with the 2010 Acura MDX.
