By far the best car buying experience I have had in 50 years buying new and used cars. I was buying a used EV with the Federal credit, turning in a 2006 under the Vehicle Exchange Program, and financing the rest. My salesman Mateo answered every question and concern I had straight forwardly, the used car manager Rhiannon was able to get an EV battery report and fix a door ding while I was there so I did not need to return another day, the sales manager Tyson seamlessly processed the IRS and Colorado VXC paperwork without a single hiccup, and the finance manager Thomas provided clear explanation of my warranty and financing choices, and that desk screen to sign all the paperwork is amazing, and Quinn explained all the features I needed to know about initially to get home safely. I could not be happier with my purchase and the entire transaction at Emich Volkswagen and am looking forward to returning to have my VW serviced there too. Posting this for Emich: Horrible experience with their service department after purchasing a certified pre owned VW at Emich. Car had coolant and oil leaks and took 4 days to fix. It takes a near act of god to talk to a person on the phone and when you do get a person there is rarely any useful information relayed. When I got my car back on Friday after leaving it on Monday, it gave the same error message it did when it went in for service and additional warning lights stayed on. It was close to end of business and I was told to call on Saturday. Called Saturday as instructed and was told none of the people I was told would be there working on the weekend and that no one there could help me. Called Monday and couldn’t talk to an advisor or service manager. Was told to bring my car up to the dealer which is 20+ miles from my home so they could see what was wrong. Only after considerable prodding did they begrudgingly send someone to my home to see what it could be. Turns out the car was a full quart low on coolant, suggesting my car might not have appropriately been driven after it was repaired. Coolant leak can wreck an engine, but I was told the car probably just needed to be burped post repair and that it “should be ok to drive”. Yeah, because an overheated engine won’t do damage at all. Communication absolutely sucks and the service advisor tried to gas light me and make me come back to rectify their mistake. Never taking any vehicle there again, absolutely horrible experience. More

They did an amazing job with my less than perfect credit to get me into my beautiful 2022 Tiguan well fast forward to this last week and I got a call from Nermina asking me if I wanted to look at a trade-in for a NEW 2024 at a better rate. I knew my interest was high with the other lender and my credit has improved so I thought okay let’s give it a shot. The caveat was I was out of state at a meeting then on a plane. Nermina was able to execute everything regardless and I was signing from 30,000 feet in the air. Not only that she was negotiating with finance on my end and got me to 0%!!!! When I got back on Friday I was able to walk-in and see my new vehicle and just work through the standard logistics with Tyson and Doug Larson. Emich was on my side to treat me like a lifetime partner. Nermina is a friend for life. I receive holiday cards and calls from her. I see her when I go in for service. She knew what I was paying and knew she could put me in a better place and even help me on my credit journey. Doug was my ally and gave me a big hug when we were done with my paperwork. I will never buy anywhere else and I LOVE my car. I even got upgraded features and Nermina showed me how to program simple things that I would have never known how to do like the garage door opener. Thank you, Nermina. Doug, and Tyson. I love you all and am forever grateful to you personally and to Fred and Emich for running a customer-first ethical business.
