We came in ahead of our lease coming to term to investigate our options. As usual, Dan was honest, accommodating, diligent, patient and friendly. We reviewed all the scenarios & worked out numbers. Dan was patient enough to go through cars, options, and answer many questions with patience and candor. In the end, we were able to get the right car & we could not be happier with our XT4! The facility, on Northern Boulevard is clean & all staff are friendly and helpful. The General Manager, even came out to greet us & make sure we received the service we expected. It is rare you come across a salesman who is completely genuine, happy, realistic and as engaging as Dan! We will be back to see him & get out next vehicle at Empire for certain.
