My car has now been at their service center for over two months, and despite repeated assurances that the repair would take “a few weeks,” it still hasn’t been fixed. Every time I call, I am given vague responses and no concrete timeline for when the repair will be completed. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I never expected a company as reputable as Cadillac to provide such poor service and communication. If you’re considering buying from this dealership, think twice about the level of post-sale service you might receive. More
