It was that you hadn't really giagnosed anything when I got there you just plugged it in to justify the charge for keeping it there the three days. If it was simply plugged in the first day you would have probably recommended a transmission flush to start with.. which was why I was really there. Trans repairs are pricey and the vehicle has a extended warranty, but it seems as though its more difficult to justify fixing it under warranty than the warranty is even worth. By new you pay, buy used you pay, when it's paid, you pay to use it ...

Dear Earlbranch18, we understand your frustration, however, the module and buttons for the steering wheel were replaced in March and the horn issue did not arise until June. There was an electrical fault in the horn, which is located in the engine compartment, not near any items that we worked on. An electrical failure can occur at any time. Additionally, your vehicle has over 105,000 miles and there was no warranty remaining on the vehicle.
