Dear AR, all new cars are sold with a warranty which protects the consumer against premature failure of any part of your car. This manufacturer warranty covered the replacement of the tires on your vehicle. This does not negate or void any remaining warranty on your vehicle. All of your new vehicle warranties are still in effect. Our goal is to fully and correctly repair any defects that our customers' vehicles encounter. This is what we did for your vehicle. Thank you for your response. My tires had dry rot on them and my car only had less than 2200 miles on it (38 when I bought it). The tires were sold to me in that condition. If I would have known they had dry rot (not my scope) then I would of had you replace them BEFORE I bought the car. My warranty is not there to fix mistakes. I now have tires on my car that should have been on it when I bought it, yet I don't have the same warranty on my tires as when I bought it. You chose to use MY warranty instead of fixing your mistake and covering the costs.

Dear Lrodrigues51361, We certainly understand your frustration and apologize for the long wait time. Unfortunately, when the Parts Dept. entered the information on your 2020 Hyundai into our parts system, the software listed the incorrect oil filter, therefore the filter we had purchased, was of no use. None of the local parts stores had the filter in stock, so we had to pick it up from the Hyundai store, which delayed the service. No voucher was presented stating that you were eligible for a free oil change, but due to the inconvenience and long wait time, we offered the service for free. Please accept our apology, it was certainly not our attention to keep you waiting. I will speak with the service dept. to make sure they inform customers if there is to be an extended waiting period, so they can reschedule their appt. if needed.

Technicians should not be changing the station. Please keep in mind that during some services performed, like a battery replacement, the radio will default to the present stations due to the loss of power. This may also happy with other service procedures that involve disconnecting the battery. Thank you.
