Working with Empire Ford was ok. We negotiated a deal I was happy with on the Bronco I wanted However, customer service to get care registered, plated, and picked up was not great. However, they were slow to respond, were not quick to return calls and almost didn't get car delivered by appointed date (right before I had to travel for 2 weeks.) I purchased a vehicle from Empire Ford in Fall River on December 1st, and they sold it to me before it was fully reconditioned and before the existing liens were cleared. They funded the deal immediately, but I was not allowed to take possession of the car, and the finance company started the clock on my loan right away even though I did not actually have the vehicle. I did not take delivery until December 26th, so I was left waiting weeks after the deal was funded before I could actually get the car. The salesman, Chris, was professional throughout, but everything beyond that point was absolutely terrible.[1][2][3] In my opinion, this dealership’s handling of my deal was irresponsible and shady, and I would not recommend them to anyone. In my experience and from what I have since seen in other complaints and reviews, they have a history of questionable practices and poor follow‑through. This is not how a customer should be treated after committing to a major purchase. More
