The service I needed was completed. Communication could use some improvement. My truck was there for two full days with no call or update by the end of the first day so I called the nex Communication could use some improvement. So I tried calling around 4:45 pm because I needed my vehicle to leave on vacation the next day. No answer. So I got a ride to the dealership. Fortunately Alexia was still there and was able to keep me informed of what work was left to do. It took over an hour but she stayed until the work was completed and made sure I was checked out ok. She also worked through the third party warranty I have to get the work covered. Alexia is a star and an asset! So appreciate her and her professionalism. More
