I REALLY wanted to give them my business, as they were not pushy in the least bit. They gave info as requested. I tried to order a truck with these guys and it was a huge waste of time. I made an appointment over the internet (due to covid) and when I got there they explained the person I was told I had an appoint huge waste of time. I made an appointment over the internet (due to covid) and when I got there they explained the person I was told I had an appointment with (Tom) was the manager, and he wasn't meeting with me, he doesn't take appointments. They didn't even have my appointment or any of my info that I took time to fill out and send to them prior to my visit. So they sent me to a different salesperson. They were most interested in: "what is your budget?". They kept asking over and over. They wasted over 3 hours of my time going back and forth talking to their managers on every little thing, before we even talked about any pricing. Finally when it came time to talk pricing they claimed they couldn't give me a price anyways, but still was extremely interested in what my budget was and told me "just so you know your monthly lease payments are going to be at least $900 for this truck" but yet the lease price on Ford's own site for the exact truck were well under $700 and that did not include any discounts that I was eligible for. Never thought I would be treated like a cheap skate buying a 70k truck, but Empire ford managed it. In the end, it didn't seem like they even wanted my business if they couldn't rip me off, so I just left. More

We have been searching for a used Ford Transit for a few weeks. We went to a few used car dealerships and saw a car we were interested in at Empire Ford. They were wonderful with us and our 2 youngest kids, weeks. We went to a few used car dealerships and saw a car we were interested in at Empire Ford. They were wonderful with us and our 2 youngest kids, allowing us to test drive and really let the kids explore the vehicle. They were very fair with negotiations and pricing- they gave us a very fair price for our trade and we left feeling very pleased! Kim and Tom were absolutely lovely! When we trade in our other car in a few years, they will be our first stop! More
Routine appointment (inspection, oil change, car wash) which somehow resulted in a chipped steering wheel. Spoke with Service Manager (Joel Flack) who said he would speak with his 'Trim Guy' re repair an which somehow resulted in a chipped steering wheel. Sales didn't care to help. I called a few times and sales never responded to my calls. I feel this was a waste of time. Truck was being used as a moving van as well and they even showed it too me full of so never responded to my calls. I feel this was a waste of time. Bought a 2019 Ford Mustang on a Wednesday and was told to pick up on Thursday. After we drove home with the car, found out that Spare tire was missing. When we inspected the car prior to purchase there was a SPARE. This appears to be a typical bait and switch tactic .very low and dirty Not Happy at all. Was not treated as Royalty. Disappointing and upset. Tried calling MGMT - no returned Phone calls!!! More
August 17 went to check mustang 2017 driver side light not working. After 4 hours waiting pay 162 dollars they said after check the bulb and try with a new ballats i have to change the complete lamp. Nex they in my home i took out the ballasts out and it was burned. I bought a new one i took half hour to change and the lamp start to working again. They left loose the light bulb and they don't put 5 screws back under the fender. The worse service i received. Not recommended to not one . Liar people More
Simple made complicated Car was dropped off by flatbed after a blowout on the LIE. I put a used tire in the trunk to be used for the replacement and had a license plate mount Car was dropped off by flatbed after a blowout on the LIE. I put a used tire in the trunk to be used for the replacement and had a license plate mount in the tow hook location. I asked if they could pull it out for me and mount the tire. That was on a Sunday afternoon. I spoke with the dealer on Monday and was finally able to pick up the car on Friday! The charge: $150! Seems they snapped off the tow hook adapter when trying to remove it and charged me for a new tow hook and $75 for labor in addition to the mounting of the tire! I found afterwards that the tow hook has a reverse thread. They should know that but I bet they simply used their torque wrench and went the wrong way. So then they have to spend time to get the broken piece out. So they charge me for labor and for the new tow hook. Then to make it worse, someone called me on Friday evening and asked if they could buy my car. I said that I wasn't happy with the service and he said it definitely seemed like they needed to do something for me. He would contact the service department and get back to me on Sunday. It's now Tuesday and I haven't heard back. More
