Mind blown at the lack of interest of so called sales person “John” We come in looking for an explorer not knowing options available for the vehicle. First thing sales person saids “what do you want?” person “John” We come in looking for an explorer not knowing options available for the vehicle. First thing sales person saids “what do you want?” Not the way to start a conversation with a potential customer. Disgusted at the way it was handled. Wouldn’t even entertain sitting us down. Coming from someone that’s been working in a dealer... shame on the managers for having such a nasty sales person. More
The Lincoln dealer is the worst I've ever been to . Beware of their tricks . We agreed on a price and signed the papers and when I went to pick up the car they made the paperwork with a different price Beware of their tricks . We agreed on a price and signed the papers and when I went to pick up the car they made the paperwork with a different price about 500.00 more . When I told them about it they said they would take care of it but never did. So beware of them or safer yet don't go to them . More
RUN. RUN. RUN I attempted to purchase a Ford Transit, the salesperson was pleasant and informative. However, I did not understand what happened, since Huntington F I attempted to purchase a Ford Transit, the salesperson was pleasant and informative. However, I did not understand what happened, since Huntington Ford told me that I was denied, but Capital One sent me a letter saying that I was approved and they closed the file, since Ford did not follow up with them. However, I made a $200 deposit and it has been over six month that I keep getting the run around. I completed the refund form, emailed it to them, followed up with them, told me it takes 2 weeks, well it is not 6 months. I continue to call the company but the receptionist puts me through to the manager, who is never there. Is this a legitimate company?? More

There are tons of hidden fee's that they do not disclose upfront ($1895 reconditioning fee!? and $695 administrative fee!?). The dealers and finance team are probably the most inconsiderate I have ever experienced in the history of car buying. They will push you to leave a deposit which is non-refundable. No communication between the employees themselves. Do not leave a single dollar here as a deposit. Stay away. I feel bad that car salespeople have a bad reputation but this place affirms that it is true, sadly. More
Avoid Walked in ready to lease a truck based on their ad. Spoke to a sales rep who was informative. Promised to speak to his manager and call me with exact Walked in ready to lease a truck based on their ad. Spoke to a sales rep who was informative. Promised to speak to his manager and call me with exact numbers on lease including all down payments and sales tax and document fees. Called me twice the next day and discussed every fee. We agreed on the deal and he asked me to come in and sign the next day. I went in and we started talking colors, he said he had 3-4 cars that matched that spec for the lease ad. Then he went to speak to his manager. Came back saying all those cars were sold and that the new spec would cost an extra $1000 and he would try to reduce that. Went back to speak to the manager and then said they had made a mistake on their ad and the new price was $3000 higher. Waste of time. I felt like it was a bait and switch. I would not recommend my friends and family to shop at this dealership. More

I brought it into Ford right after I purchased it for a recall and I agreed to do a recommended Transmission fluid service. There was basically nothing wrong with the car as confirmed by the mechanic. I did not drive the car much after that. I then took it on a longer trip. At 600 miles after the transmission fluid service the transmission burned up because it had no fluid. Ford says that the axle bushing leaked. From everything I have read the axle bushing would not leak that fast. Also, if a major leak existed, why did they not see it when they did the transmission service? I have not gotten anywhere with the service manager. They took no responsibility except to tell me it would be $5400 to repair. I do not have the money to fix the car now so I am stuck. I drove in with a working car and a short time later I have a scrap heap. Do not get your car serviced at this dealer! More
