This dealership took my 2021 Ford explorer ST into repair GPS they had it for three days do the software update that’s not working so they had it for five more days and replace a computer module that work fo GPS they had it for three days do the software update that’s not working so they had it for five more days and replace a computer module that work for 24 hours and fail so they took it for another week and a half and it just sat in the parking lot they never touched it I took it off the lot and I would recommend no one in the world go near this place , and never gave me a loaner over a 15 day period!
