The worst service ever. Two weeks to get an emergency appointment. Unknown amount of time to look at it. They are telling me it might be another two weeks just to LOOK at it Two weeks to get an emergency appointment. Unknown amount of time to look at it. They are telling me it might be another two weeks just to LOOK at it. Not a big deal if they give you a loaner. But I think they only have one or two. One will note available for six weeks. At $560.00 a week for a rental it could wind up costing me $2,000 to fix something that’s covered. Ford corp. should do something about dealers like this. Maybe they could cover the cost of the rental and back charge the dealership. I could never recommend buying a ford after being treated like this. From reading the other reviews it sounds like I have much more aggravation and money to go through before this is over. Just picked the first two names they offered service people was not a choice. The sales experience to lease my 2020 Escape Hybrid was excellent. However the after sales service is truly awful. Everytime my car went in for a sensor failure or recall it was never fixed and now they ha excellent. However the after sales service is truly awful. It took some time, but this demonstrates a real attention to customer satisfaction in the end. THIS time, the repair took and the truck is working just perfectly ever since. The story, in other words, has a happy ending! All's well that ends well. Thanks to Bob Corrado, the service manager, for correcting this problem and restoring our faith in Ford Motor Company specifically and in the good nature of humankind generally. Thanks again and I'm signing out of this review plus changing it utterly.... More
Pleasant people with some nice inventory on their lot, but don't try to get a car you can't see with your own eyes right there. I was looking for the Ford Mustang Mach e. At first, they told me they located one at a dealer they trade with. Two days later they said they could not get the car. No problem. They suggested I order one and I agreed. I placed my order and gave my deposit. I called frequently to see when I might get the car. Finally, I get a call from my salesperson, he tells me "you will never believe this, the car came in on my day off and someone sold it" He was right, I did not believe it. Despite how nice they dealt with you, in the end, it seemed clear that they were neither honorable nor honest. Be careful if you are not purchasing directly from their inventory. I would not use them in any other situation. More
Horrendous dealership. Our car has been in the service center over 50 days in 2021. Currently has been in the shop for 5 weeks.
