Drove up first thing on weekend morning to see what the internet offer for the Tucson was about. When pulling into the dealership, all the car sales reps were outside raring to go. Came across my car Salesman Ron Webb and his trainee Rosie. They made the whole process so easy on what I was looking for. They pulled up in the Tucson with all the features I was looking for. After taking the Tucson for a test ride and the researching I previously done, I knew this was my new SUV. When it came to negotiations with sales rep Paul, this became a very long process while I was at the dealership. They were determine to make the sale and they were doing their best to see if they can get the pricing of the Tuscon within my budget. After coming to an agreement, I needed to go double check on a couple of things. Ron did a follow up call, just to make sure I was all set to go. Told Ron, I would feel better if they could get the price of the Tuscon a down little to fit my budget. Ron advised he would talk to the sales manager Mike to see if this could make this happened. Next day received a phone call from the Mike. Our conversation quick, simple and he came up on a way to drop the price down. Looking forward on go to the dealership to get my new Tuscon today. Thank you to Ron and everyone at Empire for make this a pretty easy process. I would recommend Ron to anyone who looking to purchase a new/use Hyundai. More
My family and I just bought a brand new 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring from Joe Rodriguez at Empire Hyundai in Fall River, MA. Out of all the dealers I contacted in Southeastern Massachusetts, they were Elantra Touring from Joe Rodriguez at Empire Hyundai in Fall River, MA. Out of all the dealers I contacted in Southeastern Massachusetts, they were the ones that had the right car at the right price. Some other dealerships we talked to didn't seem very interested in selling us a car, maybe they presumed we were just kicking the tires so we weren't really worth their effort. That was not the case with Joe at Empire Hyundai. He greeted me at the door and brought me for my test drive in the car that I inquired about. It was sitting ready for me at the front door. Joe worked very hard to earn my business and get me in the perfect car for my young family at a great price with an extremely low rate on my financing. He also earned my respect. If he says something, you can be certain he's going to make it happen. That is worth it's weight in gold when purchasing a car. When we made arangements to come back to look at the car and ultimately make the purchase, it was on Joe's day off. Needless to say, he was right there greeting us at the door. He said maybe he'd take a day off next week. I would not hesitate in recommending him and Empire Hyundai to my friends and family. Joe Carvalho walked us through the finance process knowledgeably answering all of my questions. He made that part equally painless. I have now bought my last 2 cars from them and I will certainly be shopping there first when it is time for my third. Couldn't be happier with the car or the service. After a bit of a rocky start with Empire, my sister stepped in and worked with the sales manager, Mike - and my experience from there forward was great. I hear that he came from Route 44 Hyundia to Empire. This sales person was fantastic He new the Vehicle inside and out He review every thing with me and answered all my questions. He personally connected all the electronic equipment that I needed. My personal opion is that the acquistion of Syed mahmud was a great asset to Empire Hyundi. the staff that i dealt with on 7/3/12 were extremely helpful and friendly, i would recommend working with Brad and Paul when trying to put yourself in the car you want. i was at the dealership for aro helpful and friendly, i would recommend working with Brad and Paul when trying to put yourself in the car you want. i was at the dealership for around 4 hours but, brad and paul made sure that i was well informed of all the details of the purchase of my new car, they really made my experience a great one and they really give empire hyundai a good name , i also met the service consultant Jeff White and after talking to him for five minutes i know i will have no doubt or worries about ever bringing my car in for service. i also would like to thank John Torres for helping me with a bad situation and putting me in contact with brad and paul to putting me in the car i wanted. if the rest of the staff is as good as brad, paul, jeff and john then i would have to say that empire hyundai is in great shape going forward. Car shopping leaves me VERY apprehensive! Nothing like getting one foot out the door and someone is already standing there to greet you. (get the feeling vulcha vs prey). The manager handed my husband and I over to Aaron Dudley. This young man WAS AWESOME! He was attentive to our needs and honest with the numbers. This place is an absalute joke. First our sales person was very unknowledgable. Which meant everytime we asked a question he took off for 15 minutes to go ask. What fun. So the manager comes over and asks what monthly payments i want. i stated i know how much i want to spend not monthly payments. So he asks are you trading. I said well i have read reviews and the complaints are you roll trades in with price of car. I am not upside down so i want to seperate transactions. He assured me that that is for people who are upside down on there loan. NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! so i look at about 9 to 10 cars all in the price range i was looking for picked a car when went to the numbers SURE ENOUGH trade is rolled in and the car i was looking at was 3500 more dollars than they had said. How does that happen. Also there ad according to the scam artist manager says that all prices are with 3500 down and 1500 trade. Another inside note that i found out they have people going on to review sites to put in exellent reviews for them so be carefull. This place is a scam AVOID it trust me or you will pay alot more for a car More
overall I had a wonderful experience. Ron was exceptional in his knowledge when it came to choosing the right car for my family and needs. He totally went above and beyond to get us the right car. When it came to finance, they went above and beyond to get us the right loan. The only down fall to the overall dealership, they do not have vending machines for the "waiting" on the finance. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family, and also make the trip back for any new purchases in the future. I have to admit I was totally skeptical when it came to buying a car, but they made it easy! More
