I went out in search for a usedvehicle but ended up buying new. Taking the advice of a friend, I went to Empire Hyundai. I was greeted by a very nice, friendly young man who introduced himself as Jon. buying new. Taking the advice of a friend, I went to Empire Hyundai. I was greeted by a very nice, friendly young man who introduced himself as Jon. Jon answered all of my questions. Unfortunately I left but later returned however Jon was not available as he was w/ another customer. I was then greeted by Aaron. Like Jon, Aaron was very helpful. I returned to the dealership several times before I finalized my sale and each time Jon greeted me by name (nice job) and welcomed me back. He always engaged me in conversation and tried to make sure I was comfortable asking if I wanted something to drink while waiting. I would highly reccomend Empire Hyundai to anyone who is looking for a great car buying experience from the moment you arrive and beyond. I would also like to give a big thanks to Anthony who really works to get the best deal for his customers! More

The reason for the ratings I gave. Ricky was very knowledgeable he knew about the car and prices that we were looking at. He also listened to me when I told him what I wanted to spend and he did the best he could to keep in the range I wanted. He was very pleasant to work with. Funny when he needed to be and serious when the time called for it. He kept us informed on what was going on and how long it would be before we would have our car. He made some suggestions that helped me get the best deal I could. I would recommend Ricky to all my friends that are looking for a car. More

Ricky, the salesman, was easy to work with. He was friendly and helpful without being overly pushy. My mother and I were starting our search for a new or late-model used car, and were not really prep friendly and helpful without being overly pushy. But Ricky showed us an Elantra, we test drove it, and my mother was satisfied with it. Still, we were far from ready to buy at that point. We wanted to discuss her wants and needs before committing to a purchase or a price. However, Ricky came back with a price that we could not ignore, and the car was delivered on the same evening.
