Service and reconditioning of vehicle I brought my 2009 toyota tacoma in for service oil change cabin filter and vehicle over all inspection also a cleaning inside and out this is a work I brought my 2009 toyota tacoma in for service oil change cabin filter and vehicle over all inspection also a cleaning inside and out this is a work truck and is used daily i want to comend the service dept for a great job and also the recon dept for a job well done i could not believe the truck when i got it back looked brand new they took the time to get all stains out of carpets and they were filthy ive been in service for 32 years myself and im tough to please but i have to say 5 stars all the way thankyou wendy v i highly will recomend this dealership to everyone thank you empire hyandai service team you guys are great 👍 More

Great experience buying my first new car I came in to Empire Hyundai today to test drive a Hyundai Veloster. I was greeted very kindly by everyone. I told Ronnie Webb that I was interested in I came in to Empire Hyundai today to test drive a Hyundai Veloster. I was greeted very kindly by everyone. I told Ronnie Webb that I was interested in a test drive and he quickly arranged for me to test drive both of the Velosters I was interested in. Though I loved the Veloster, I had a million questions and was especially concerned about both safety and reliability. Ronnie was extremely patient and took the time to answer my questions fully. My fears about reliability were assuaged by hyundai's generous warranty and by Hyundai's reputation in general. I was apprehensive about buying a new car (this is my first new car purchase!) but Ronnie worked within my budget to help me find exactly the car that I wanted! On top of that, he was extremely friendly and patient as I considered what I wanted to do. I appreciated how sensitive he was to my budget and to what I wanted in a car. I never imagined that I would buy a car today (I am a picky customer) but I also can't imagine being any happier about it than I am. More
