He was helpful ,made great recommendations, and kept me in the right direction with regard to the best suited purchase choices . Valdez explained the benefits of both leasing and purchase financing . After Valdez clarified the benefits of both along with all applicable rebates I was able to make the right choice . Valdez was exceptional . I met with Tyler Torres in finance was excellent . He got me the lowest interest rate . He also sold me additional warranty products that covered every component of my 2016 Azera that would not be covered under warranty . Tyler also sold me the extended warranty at 50% discount . Tyler helped keep me at the exact monthly payment they promised me . Overall ,my purchase experience at Empire Hyundai was excellent . I'd like to thank Valdez Clark and Tyler Torres for such a satisfying experience . Excellent experience I walked in nervous as it was my first time purchasing a new car. As a college student I feared that I would be taken advantage of or looked down apon I walked in nervous as it was my first time purchasing a new car. However the second I stepped foot on the lot I felt welcomed and comforted by the wonderful sales and financing team that helped me.
