I cannot help but believe he feels empowered to behave so deplorably by his employer who holds the ultimate responsibility for such unprofessional behavior. Bait & Switch it should have been a nice smooth easy transaction, but not here oh no not here. I went on there website found the 1 I wanted then checked the price o it should have been a nice smooth easy transaction, but not here oh no not here. I went on there website found the 1 I wanted then checked the price on the tru-car website and printed there low price guaranty certificate called the store then drove there and what a surprise the person I spoke to was mysteriously not there. ok moving on, after about 25min after they asked 9000 questions they said oh no we cant sell the car at that low price "someone made a mistake" but we can sell you a base model for $2000 more than the price I was guaranteed (xxx !) Do people really go for that crap ? so I left very unhappy and wasted 4hrs of my life (between web & travel there and back) so I will move on to another dealer that wants to sell a car to someone with good credit and a half of brain. Thanks for the waste of my time ! More

Do not honor their own Truecar price All I can say is that all the positive reviews have to be from the employees and not real customers. We were looking to purchase a new 2015 sonata hy All I can say is that all the positive reviews have to be from the employees and not real customers. We were looking to purchase a new 2015 sonata hybrid. We came in with the true car price spoke with Tonia about rebates felt these guys were on the up and up. The pulled up the car it had 1030 miles on it. I have never seen a new car with over a thousand miles on it time to negotiate the deal which should not have been a negotiaton but I guess these guys think the true car price is a start not the end. They made me drive down there and they weren't ready to honor the price their employees qouted. Then he has the audacity to hell out "I am not selling you the car". Seriously. WOW I have walked out of dealerships and was doing just that when this guy decided to announce he wasn't going to sell me a car. If that makes you feel better about loosing a sale! They obviusly like the car they put over a 1000 miles on it! More
Friendly, professional, straightforward at Empire Hyundai! My wife and I came quite a distance away to go to this particular Hyundai, because we liked the price quotes we were getting there online and because My wife and I came quite a distance away to go to this particular Hyundai, because we liked the price quotes we were getting there online and because the online person I spoke with (Nicole) was very professional and friendly and efficient with all of my questions and etc.... When we arrived there we were greeted very quickly and recommended to Steve Thomas who was very professional and straightforward with a nice manner. Having many years of great experience with Hyundai's already, we went in knowing exactly what we wanted and I told Nicole we did not want to be "haggled" or for anyone to try and sell us upgrades or on anything other than what we had already decided on and they fully respected our wishes when we got there and we majorly appreciated that! "Duey" was especially friendly and explained everything perfectly, answering all of our questions fully. Our only negatives were that it took a little more time than I anticipated to get the car and we felt it took a lot longer than we expected on our first visit of almost 3 hours. Other than that we got the car we wanted and worked with some great people in the process! More
