Friendly, professional, straightforward at Empire Hyundai! When we arrived there we were greeted very quickly and recommended to Steve Thomas who was very professional and straightforward with a nice manner. Having many years of great experience with Hyundai's already, we went in knowing exactly what we wanted and I told Nicole we did not want to be "haggled" or for anyone to try and sell us upgrades or on anything other than what we had already decided on and they fully respected our wishes when we got there and we majorly appreciated that! "Duey" was especially friendly and explained everything perfectly, answering all of our questions fully. Our only negatives were that it took a little more time than I anticipated to get the car and we felt it took a lot longer than we expected on our first visit of almost 3 hours. Other than that we got the car we wanted and worked with some great people in the process! More
