Our salesman, Adrian Doss, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very eager to point out all the options on the vehicle and gave a very comprehensive overview before buying. Purchased a 2021 Palisade calligraphy. Salesperson knew nothing about vehicles in lot! His 1st words, “Haven’t done this in a while, don’t know anything about the car!” Dealership owner should be ashamed f nothing about vehicles in lot!
