If I could give zero stars I would!!! This place is the absolute worst!! I purchased a car from them I’m March 2020 it’s now almost July AND I STILL DONT HAVE A REGISTRATION!!!! I purchased my car from them almost 2 years ago. Everytime I have a question about my car's warranty or protection plan I get my call transfered around the dealership from one person to the next unt Everytime I have a question about my car's warranty or protection plan I get my call transfered around the dealership from one person to the next until I get a voicemail box.They either don't know how to answer a simple question or they don't want to deal with people using their protection plans. They also never followed up with me after leaving a message. This has happened more than once More

Just an oil change Went in for just an oil change and the associate who helped me was very pushey for me to do other work done like u need a fuel filter done i said no t Went in for just an oil change and the associate who helped me was very pushey for me to do other work done like u need a fuel filter done i said no then half hour later tells me you need wiper blades it would be 30 bucks im like i can pay half that and do it myself. Then air filter is dirty i told him i replaced that last oil change he tried and tried to upsell with all these stuff . Also in the beginning would u like a car wash im like sure thanks. An hour and half of waiting for just an oil change he pulls my car out and said do u still want the car washed im like no now i figured they would have done it in the hour and half of me already waiting there. I do go all the time to get my car serviced there but this was the worst experience i had .... evaluate your team at service and remi d them customer service cause ther alot of places i can go for an oil change instead of there ..... More

Mr. Kennedy fully explained each and every procedure he proposed for the servicing of my Elantra, and did so so well that even one as totally clueless to the workings of an automobile as I, actually found that I understood the wisdom of his recommendations about what should be done to the vehicle. I never felt (as I have in other garages) pressured or rushed into making decisions. In addition, Mr. Kennedy showed me how to use my fog lights, a feature i didn't even know my car had! More
