I was looking for a car to buy. Since this is my first car, there were quite high requirements for the configuration. We contacted Empire Nissan where we met Sasha Shartilov. Finding a car with the desired configuration turned out to be quite difficult. It took several days. Sasha was in touch with me all this time. Several times he offered options with additional configuration, which he managed to find. In the end, he found a car with the desired configuration in a neighboring state. He organized delivery within 2 days. Registration of documents did not take much time. There were some rough spots, but they were quickly resolved.
