WORST NISSAN DEALERSHIP EVER!!! They are fraud, lairs, scammers, robbers.... Everybody must avoid this place, especially for first time buyers. Avoid Russian salesmen. I can say this because they robbed m scammers, robbers.... Everybody must avoid this place, especially for first time buyers. Avoid Russian salesmen. I can say this because they robbed me for $10,000 because I bought a car from here that costs $26,995 and payed a down payment of $10,000 which didn't reflect in the price. Instead of going down the price went up. the total sales price was $45,999.28 How come a 2008 Nissan Armada costs $45,999.28???? I also never received a contract because they are hiding there lies. I leased a 2013 altima with bay ridge Nissan we agreed that Taxes would go into payments. They also told me they need first and last payment plus destination fees etc. I asked for a copy of my lease agree that Taxes would go into payments. They also told me they need first and last payment plus destination fees etc. I asked for a copy of my lease agreement but was not given one. After months pasted I was able to get a copy from the bank only to discover everything was a fraud and they changed the numbers only to benefit them and in the lease agreement they made it look like I gave no last payment and all payments were for taxes. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM BAY RIDGE NISSAN THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED after they SCHEME on you they ignore your calls and avoid you. More

I met with Ron Stewart to work out a deal on a 2012 Nissan Frontier, we went through the list of options that I wanted on the truck & agreed on a price. Once they located the exact vehicle that I had a Nissan Frontier, we went through the list of options that I wanted on the truck & agreed on a price. Once they located the exact vehicle that I had asked for( about 3-4 days later), they asked me to come in because they couldn't tell me over the phone whether or not they would be able to actually sell me the vehicle for the price we agreed on. Off course once I got in the office, and the finance manager came in, he tried to explain why they couldn't give the vehicle to us at the price agreed upon, even though it was the exact vehicle we had priced up earlier. He tried to use the line that my credit was not good enough, but the person Co-signing for me had perfect credit score... it was all BS. I got up right away and walked out. I am unwilling to deal with dishonest salesman who think they are going to make money by lieing to customers, just be upfront and honest and I'll work with you. Having said all that, I decided not to go with the Nissan Brand at ALL because of that experience. I bought a honda Ridgeline. More
This is by far the worst dealership I have ever came across. I took my 2007 Nissan Sentra for a tune up that Cost me $566.23. 2 days later my Check engine light came on and the car was not excelerating across. I took my 2007 Nissan Sentra for a tune up that Cost me $566.23. 2 days later my Check engine light came on and the car was not excelerating unless I floored the gas pedal. I called and spoke to Rod the service consultant and he gave me a number for a tow truck company I said I didn't have the money for the tow and Rod said it was under warranty. First he said that same day that nothing was wrong with the car. The next day he said my car needed a repair that would cost me $1,800. So I went to pick up the car and Rod said that if I wasn't paying for the repair that I had to pay for the tow $110. and $300. for the diognaostic check up I informed him that I didn't have that money right now and he said I should look into getting extended car warranty. I will never go there again. More

I arrived at 11:00AM and finally walked out of door at 4PM, angry and frustrated beyond belief! I have NO CLUE how this dealership is still in business because they truly don't want your business....of course only if you pay a "deposit" upfront to show your commitment to them. Then, once your grease their hand, then maybe they will allow you to give them more of your hard earned money. I went to this dealership to lease the 20120 Rogue. There I met with the sales rep who I'm pretty sure it was his first day on the job I inquired about the MRSP and other fees that were to be negotiated into my lease price. He refused, made excuses, stated I needed to speak with finance to get the full breakdown, and kept on telling me he needed a deposit to show my commitment. I repeated over and over again that all I wanted was to ensure that the current Nissan incentives and VPP (military incentives) were reflected in my lease price. But I never received the information. Then he brings in his sales manager to help negotiate the deal. We came to an “iffy” agreement because car I was negotiating was still in storage and I wouldn't fully commit until I saw it in person. I was told I could figure out a firm price later with finance. After hanging around for 45 minutes (not sure why) the sales rep then tells me I need to come back because I need to schedule an appointment to speak with finance , sign the paperwork, etc. I explained that if the finance person was available I would be more than willing to wait since I was already at the dealership. He returned stating I could be seen in 15-20 minutes, and I agreed to wait. Then he continues to harass me for a deposit and my insurance information. After 2 hours of waiting I finally FOUND him and asked him what was going on. He responded, “Well I did tell you to make an appointment”. I said yes, you did make that suggestion, however, you also told me I could be seen in 15 minutes approx 2 hours ago. I said rather than waste my time you could have been courteous enough to inform me that I could not be seen within this timeframe and that I would need to return. He just shrugged and walked away. Even during that time as I was lingering around the showroom, the sales manager, even asked me what was going on. At about 3PM, I told the receptionist about this nonsense. She knew I was there for 4 hrs already and was quite receptive. She told me not to leave and would get someone to help me. A few minutes passed, she said the manager is coming out, but of course that never happened. At 3:40 PM the sales manager then provided me with a bunch of excuses as to why I was being neglected: "I don’t know why your sales rep told you 15 minutes because I would have told you to schedule an appointment, (I reminded him that he was there when the sales rep told me it would be about a 15-20 minute wait); that finance has been working on my application all this time to verify my VPP (military) eligibility (i responded that it takes two minutes to do this on the nissan website, not 2 hours); that this fictional finance guy is almost done with another client, etc etc etc. I then told the same sales manager I was walking out the door and said he was sorry and didn’t seem to care AT ALL that was he was loosing business. I then quickly returned asking that my credit not be checked because credit inquiries decrease FICO scores. He stated it was already done and that I was preapproved. I said, how is this possible if the finance person was busy with someone else this entire time?!?!? He had NO ANSWER. There were barely any customers in the showroom, but a ton of guys looking busy on the cell phones in the back area. I truly don’t know how they are in business. Clearly this dealership does not need or want your business so go somewhere else where they will value your time, not harass you for some BS deposit, value your business, not jerk you around, and treat you with respect. This was a HORRIBLE experience and I WASTED MY ENTIRE DAY!!! More

This dealership is the epitome of what a BAD car dealership stands for. They hire idiots as sales people. After you settle on a price they try and jack up the cost in "fees" to make up the differe dealership stands for. They hire idiots as sales people. After you settle on a price they try and jack up the cost in "fees" to make up the difference. The first sign of their shady way of doing business is that they REFUSE to give you an upfront price when they write up the contact. MORON CITY! BEWARE!!!! Go and experience it for yourself and you'll see this review is true. More
