I brought my 2012 Altima in for oil change and tire rotation, it came out with a dent and scratches. I was told there wasn't a manager on site and to call the next day. I sent pictures and video by ema rotation, it came out with a dent and scratches. I was told there wasn't a manager on site and to call the next day. I sent pictures and video by email, called 4 times before the general manager Manny spoke with me. He was rude and basically told me to bring the car back to N. J dealership where I bought it. N.J has nothing to do with it Bayridge Nissan is the place that damaged it. I asked Manny to review the tapes to see how my car was damaged there or prove it wasn't and he again told me that they don't damage cars and go to N.J dealer. He also told me to call Nissan which I did and they told me to resolve it with the dealership so I guess I'll be returning there soon. More
This is the worst dealership that I have ever been to. Too bad, I got ripped off by their finance manager, about $6000. Be carefull!! He sent me to the finance manager to get my loan. I have never thought about there is so much hiding fee from this dealership. He didn't tell me there is any extra fee when I see him. Let me tell you waht I got, they charged $900 banking fee; $610 document fee; $400 get the car ready fee. By the way, always check your DMV fee, too, they may also add a couple hundred dollars on their, which is totally illegal. Also, he hard sell that car service package to me, and lied to me, that car service package can be cancel next month if I don't want to and mislead me that the package is go by monthly. In fact, it is not, it is about $4000!! If you want to cancel, ok, pay them another $900 banking fee to change it and $610 document fee to change the paper work for you. Wow, I didn't know doing less than 10 pages of paper work can earn $610!! Pay me and I would do it for $300 lol. Any way, I just telling what I got. If happen that you have similar situation, please email me @ nyc2589@gmail.com and maybe we can sue this dealership together. Get this deal for $13,500 with the salesman, including the tax, it will be $15,000 Now I will have to pay $21,000 if I pay off the loan today. More
