This dealership commits fraud and lies to their customers. I bought a car there and when i got the papers in the mail, the price was 4,000 dollars over our agreed price. When I went back they said they can charge us whatever fees they want and too bad because we signed the papers. Also the whole minimum 8 months of finance is crap. You can pay off the car as soon as you would like. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP More

I agreed on monthly payment with money down with the salesman and his manager, when it comes time to sign the finance manager tells me i need to put more money down to get that price. i just feel as if salesman and his manager, when it comes time to sign the finance manager tells me i need to put more money down to get that price. i just feel as if they assumed all paper work was done and the only thing left to do was sign that changing the amount out of pocket was worth it and i was going to be willing. in fact it was shameful and a tasteless scheme, and they lost a customer over it. The sales men are great the finance managers are schemers and do whatever to get more money out of you. i would not recommend this dealership to anyone, i am previous nissan owner but never again. I really hope this helps because there were a bunch of bad reviews on a different site that i should have trusted. More

The salesman Craige was very fair with the price of the car and trade-in. It was the finance person Dwayne who was the crook. He told me that in order to obtain a certain interest rate, I had to get an ext car and trade-in. It was the finance person Dwayne who was the crook. He told me that in order to obtain a certain interest rate, I had to get an extended warranty - otherwise, the interest would be double the amount. I told him to show me disclosure stating this but he did not have any. I found this to be very bogus. So the dealership did not sell me the car because I didn't buy the extended warranty. They did not honor our signed written agreement which I put a down payment for the vehicle. Are they in business to sell vehicles or extended warranties? After the facts they realized I got a great deal and did not want to honor this agreement - they came out with a bogus excuse and did not sell me the vehicle. They said they would make it up to me by charging me a higher interest rate and giving me less for my trade-in. That's their definition of taking care of me. More

Bay Ridge Nissan had what i wanted, actually Richard understood my budget and knew what i wanted and needed for me and my family. Ray broke down everything for me and gave me the best financing option i had been offered. He also explained how my monthly payments will be distributed throughout my finance contract. My overall experience was great, my only downfall is the wait. Other than that i recommend this dealer over any other. More
