I am currently leasing a Nissan Rogue and the lease is up this month. I went back to the Bayridge Nissan dealership in Brooklyn, NY and met with Sasha Sh the Assistant Manager and the finance department repr this month. I went back to the Bayridge Nissan dealership in Brooklyn, NY and met with Sasha Sh the Assistant Manager and the finance department representative to ask for a payoff estimate on my lease, they included a Documentation FEE in the amount of $1,495.00. I left the dealership and called Nissan Motor Acceptance Company (1-800-777-7018) this is the company I make my monthly payments too. I explained my situation regarding the Bayridge Nissan dealership charging me $1,495 in documentation fees for my payoff amount. They told me there is no such fee in a payoff lease. The lease contract for purchase fee is actually $300, which is a Purchase Option Fee, there’s no other fees. You also have to pay taxes and DMV Registration fees. I saved myself $1,495 by getting the payoff amount on my lease directly from Nissan Motor Acceptance Co. These two individuals i mentioned earlier that work at the Bayridge dealership unfortunately were trying to charge me extra fees that don’t exist, I will no longer be doing business with this dealership and encourage everyone to do your due diligence before you do business with these individuals at this dealership. More

Awful service. Received an email for an oil change and was told I couldn't use it because it's only for cars 2010 and prior. On the email, it doesn't state that.
