I had such a smooth buying experience in this branch. As a first time buyer, I was a little nervous diving into the whole car buying experience. However, the team in Bay Ridge Nissan helped me through every step of the procees. DJ explained the pros and cons with the different tiers of the Sentra model. The finance and insurance team were extremely patient explaining all the intricacies of the payments. The whole team cohesively made the whole experience less stressful - for sure! Thanks, guys!
