I am giving one star to a particular advisor, not to the service depamrent overall. I am speaking about Ali Fares, advisor. I just leased a rogue 2021 from bay ridge nissan (2nd lease with your dealership service depamrent overall. I am speaking about Ali Fares, advisor. I just leased a rogue 2021 from bay ridge nissan (2nd lease with your dealership). Window washer liqued was no spraying. Ali opened up the computer and said that my account was 'frozen" and that he could not take me in. He needed to speak with the sales deparent, which open up at 9am. This was very strange as the car is leased with all the paperwork completed and the car in my posession. I came early at about 7am, as the lines are ususally long for service. In total I had to wait 2 hours without any work being done to the vehicle. I wasted 2 hours for nothing. I left. Throuhout the day, Ali never called me to update me and to invite me back to address the issue. Horrible Adviser- should not be in this role. More

Shopping around for a new car. Passed by a few dealerships but they were all very pushy. I stopped at Bay Ridge Nissan and dealt with a guy named David. He was patient and kind. He showed me almos dealerships but they were all very pushy. I stopped at Bay Ridge Nissan and dealt with a guy named David. He was patient and kind. He showed me almost his whole inventory and let me test drive a car I’m sure my wife would love. She wasn’t with me that day so I couldn’t pull the trigger on the deal but we will be returning soon and we will definitely be working with David. This dealership was also very clean and sanitized all areas constantly. 5 ⭐️ dealership! More
