Denisse Abreu On Wednesday me and my husband Manuel Cruz Baez was treated very badly at Bay Ridge Nissan, Denisse Abreu was suppose to help us but my husband was ne On Wednesday me and my husband Manuel Cruz Baez was treated very badly at Bay Ridge Nissan, Denisse Abreu was suppose to help us but my husband was never was given the chance to test drive the car. Then she told him to pick the car, but she told him that the only one he can take was a small car(Mercedes Benz 2010 C300) a car that she wouldn't pick for herself. When we came the next morning they didn't want to here it. Both me and my husband are on disability (we both have very bad back problems), when I spoke with Denisse over the phone she was very disrespectful and when I ask to speak you she hang up the phone never again. They had us there on 4/6/2016 until 10pm night next day finance called me with a big error on contact my husband sign new set of paper anew want to talk to Denisse that the car was too small she said tomorrow when tomorrow came she didn't want to hear it please help us we can't keep this car it's too small I am a big woman and very sick. My salesperson Gary did everything possible to get me into a car with my credit situation. the finance department assured me that they could get financing for me and it happened. i would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. Just horrible!!! Dealing with this dealership was my nightmare. They lured me in with a lease offer that they couldn't honor and tried to offer me options so I need to Dealing with this dealership was my nightmare. They lured me in with a lease offer that they couldn't honor and tried to offer me options so I need to pay more. I left my car with their valet while I was trying to make a deal and got my tire punctured. No one took responsibility for this even though that happened during the time my car was at their valet. I got a call in a week from the guy who said he had more authority and he was going to honor the deal they quoted. What was my surprise when I came there again to give it the last shot when this guy started again with conditions, trying to add more to the monthly price and even had guts to offer me a downgraded car! Please stay away from them if you value your time and money. I went to a different dealership (Rockaway Nissan) and got a great quote and took the car right away! More

All can say is, Wowwwww! ????? Buying a car can be a scary experience, an investment that could either make you or break you financially. My fears/anxiety were instantly put ????? My fears/anxiety were instantly put to rest the moment I began communicating with Liz Rivera via telephone. Scheduled me and assured I'd be taken care of both with choosing the right vehicle I'd love and could afford. I arrived and Sasha, practically held my hand through the whole process, "these are the choices that fits your budget ." Ray, Financing was not only knowledgeable, again, "Don't worry, we take care of you." Insurance quote, Lisa from Allstate, WOWWWWW! This part of the auto buying experience was the part that worried me the most. Not! This woman was not only genuinely a beautiful person inside and out, SHE KNEW HER STUFF! I not only left with a quote that was like 60 % less of what I expected, i felt she was family! David one of my final reps, made my exit experience comfortable. The gentlemen that escorted us to the Gas station to complementary provide gas, "OK, remember now, you must do this, be sure to always do this, you've made a lovely choice. Enjoy! Sam is a cosumate professional that listens to what the customer needs and delivers on what serves the best interest of her clients. I walked in just to view some of the new Nissan vehicles to exchange my lease and had no idea I would be leaving with the 2016 Maxima. Why? Sam did an extradinary job . In addition, she partnered with Vinny the Sales Manager who was very considerate of my finances and able to accommodate a payment that I felt comfortable with. That's teamwork at its best.
