Before taking the long trip from Brooklyn, I decided to see what was available at Bay Ridge Nissan.. When I met Mena, I told him about all of my bad experiences i've had previously at other dealerships and I hated going through the car buying/leasing process.. He assured me that my opinion would change with him and BR Nissan.. From start to finish, my experience with Mena was awesome... From test drive, returning old lease, getting my new car, it was perfect... I was always waiting for some bad news, or something to change from good to bad, usually price, but that never happened... There was no haggling with the new one price best price, and Mena was able to answer all of my questions... When I was about to drive away with the new car, I told him that I was shocked, I expected the worse and received the best... I plan on recommending all of my friends to Mena Shehata and Bay Ridge Nissan... Once again, thank you for such a great car buying experience!!! More

Rasan I came into the Nissan dealership to see the Versa Note Hatchback but there were none on the showroom floor but Rasan was able to get the car for me I came into the Nissan dealership to see the Versa Note Hatchback but there were none on the showroom floor but Rasan was able to get the car for me in a few days. When the car did come in, he called me and I was able to take it for a test drive. After the road test we went to his office and he answered the ton load of questions I had for him. He was pleasant and informative. Yes, I wanted the car and by the end of the day...I rode happily home with my new car. Rasan was great. He kept his friendly demeaner and worked with me through all the paperwork. The biggest problem I had was the time waiting for the paperwork to be completed. I arrived at the Nissan dealer at 10:00am and by the time I finally drove out of the showroom it was after 5:00pm. Why so long?? More
