Poor service. Went in for a recall and to have two keys made for my pathfinder. They inform me that they do not have the parts for my recall. They somehow erased my key code while trying to make two ne made for my pathfinder. They inform me that they do not have the parts for my recall. They somehow erased my key code while trying to make two new keys. Which resulted in causing problems. Instead of coming out to me after an hour or an hour and a half saying we’re having some issues with the key code. But no they did not do that they waited till 2 1/2 hours into the situation to let me know. Which I said OK just give me my car I’ll come back another day and work on it. And that’s when They said well we erased the key code somehow and now we can’t get it to start. That means my car would have to stay there and I need to get a rental. I said I’m not paying for a rental and they said we could give you a car for a day, we will work on the problem with the car overnight and then you come back again. Then I had to call my job and find coverage. So I lost a days pay. 20 minutes later they finally get my car to work. I will never go for service in your dealership again. Very unprofessional. More
