VERY UN-HAPPY CUSTOMER! The service advisor was great. The wait time wasn’t too bad. The problem I have is whoever serviced my car did not put any placement down on the drive The service advisor was great. The wait time wasn’t too bad. The problem I have is whoever serviced my car did not put any placement down on the driver side. My car interior is a light color, so when I got it back it was filthy. I have never been to a car dealership that does not place plastic covering over your seats, nor place the paper down over your floor mats. I keep my car cleaned inside and out, but that day look like someone decided to clean themselves off in my driver seat. My floor, seat and middle consul was stained with black dirty stains. Very disappointed and highly upset with this place of service!. More
