Customer Service The customer service needs improvement. The employees are great when you are there in person. But the follow-up when you leave the dealership is The customer service needs improvement. The employees are great when you are there in person. But the follow-up when you leave the dealership is below-par. It’s disappointing how little the dealership is willing to work with customers once they leave the premise. After speaking with someone about my encounter that person revealed they had a bad experience with this dealership 3 years ago. So apparently the customer service aspect has been an ongoing issue. It seems this dealership is focused more on sales than the actual customer experience and making sure a customer is completely satisfied. That is not how you build customer loyalty. As someone who has worked in customer service, follow-up is extremely important. Even if there is nothing that can be done to change the deal/outcome. It shows the customer you really take their concerns seriously. More

AEB Update I went to have the AEB updated on my 2018 Rogue on 4/17. It took 2 hours! I had an appointment. This morning the warning light came on. This leads me to believe that the update was not done properly. During my last oil change the system was not reset. The small things are inexcusable because they are small things. More
