Slowest & Most Uncaring Service Staff Your service team didn’t explain to us that the car had to be left. After he waited almost 2 hours and asked them why they weren’t getting back to hi Your service team didn’t explain to us that the car had to be left. After he waited almost 2 hours and asked them why they weren’t getting back to him about the car, they told him they couldn’t service the car because they weren’t equipped with the Chevrolet tools to do the job! Mind you we bought the car at your dealership so that should have been told to us from day one that they do not service Chevy cars!!! They had my husband waste 6 hrs of his time that day waiting on them! My husband gets paid by the hour, so he lost at least $200 in pay that day! The service manager was trying to call us liars, he said he was going to pull the audio recording but then quickly swallowed his words when he realized his team was at fault!!! He said he would compensate us for the Uber charges, however there is still an outstanding Uber fee that’s yet to be compensated. More
